A couple of weeks ago, I got my invitation to join the group of crocheters and knitters at Ravelry, and the site has been taking up my time ever since. It hasn’t been opened to the public just yet, as they’re still working on some bugs and making sure it can handle alot of traffic, but wow! what an awesome site. If you’ve not heard of it, click the link above and go take a look.
I didn’t realize I’d get an invitation to join as one of the Beta Testers when I sent in my name; instead, I thought I’d just get a message when they officially opened to the public. I’m glad I did, though. I’m having a lot of fun over there.
But I’ll be blogging again in the next day or so, as I still have things to talk about!
Also, I wanted to mention that the Viceroy Butterfly Shawl I’ve been working on is officially for sale now. You can find it >here<. It’s been a difficult pattern for me, but only because I’ve never done filet crochet before. Kathy writes her patterns very clearly, and she’s always willing to help if you ever have a problem. I’m still working on mine, but I hope to finish it soon.
